It might look like crying for hours on end. Maybe it was a breeze as a newborn and suddenly 4 months hit and BAM the I-hate-sleep child arrived. Is it really normal for your baby to be up eating 5+ times a night? Why won’t they just go to sleep, they’re so tired?! You just keep thinking, “What am I doing wrong?”
You are exhausted. They’re exhausted. It’s not healthy for anyone. Good news though, it doesn’t have to be like this and it isn’t even terribly hard to change things.
At Fresh Start the goal is to line up the biology of your child (did you know they are actually built to love sleep?) with the behavioral components of healthy sleep. We use behavioral shaping techniques to get all those pieces lined up and then it all clicks into place, just like a puzzle.
I want you to leave our coaching time together feeling empowered with knowledge. I want you to feel like your whole family reaped the benefits of sleep training and working with a sleep consultant and now everyone is well rested! Let's do this!
3 WORDS- best.money.spent. - Paige and the Fresh Start sleep program were a godsend. Before Paige came into our lives, our daughter was waking 3-4 times a night, rarely taking CONSISTENT naps, and feeding to sleep. I was a walking zombie; trying to balance working from home and a lively, sleep-deprived, 7 month old. Paige listened to our concerns, developed a sleep program that worked for us, and checked in consistently. She was always a text or call away- and our biggest cheerleader- which, is what we needed- accountability and someone to tell us we were doing a great job. Fast forward two weeks- our daughter is taking two consistent naps (totaling 2.5-3 hours a day), sleeping 12 hours a night, and does not associate eating and sleeping! Would highly recommend, no questions asked!!
